I’m a proud Dominican from Queens, New York, and some of my all-time favorite dishes are fried pork, chicken, and fried plantains. After moving to Phoenix, Arizona, I struggled to find restaurants that prepared these meals the way I remember and love. That’s why I decided to take matters into my own hands and open my own kitchen. Now, I’m excited to share the flavors of my childhood with the people of Arizona, bringing a taste of home to the Southwest.
